Quirk-e is an alumni group of the Arts and Healthy Aging program of the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation through Britannia Community Services Centre. During the COVID pandemic the annual showcase of senior programs was put on hold but all the participating groups made short videos on the theme of “I Am Hungry For…”
