The Museum of North Vancouver (MONOVA) is working on expanding its collections related to 2SLGBTQIA+ history on the North Shore. As part of this work, They are looking for individuals to share their feedback on queer inclusion at MONOVA. Later this spring, they will conduct a 2SLGBTQIA+ oral history project. This survey is an opportunity for people to express their interest in the project.
This project is not limited to people who are current or even former residents of the North Shore. Many people have grown up in North Van and moved away, or have community ties through work, school, and recreation that are still important to preserving North Vancouver queer history.
This survey aims to gather community feedback and to gauge interest in the upcoming Queer Histories Queer Stories Oral History project. Survey results will be kept private, and participants will not be contacted unless they share an email address.
The survey can be accessed here or by scanning the QR code on the attached poster.
